General comment:   The prescriptions for right-minded conduct in business or contractual undertakings can be markedly different from those of moral behaviour in the sense usually understood. Prayers, for instance, often are not in step with public policy.  Advice for a ruthless pursuit of material success is not boomed from religious pulpits.   Advice for a CEO can be more to the taste of a sociopath than a prelate.

This Institute in spirit derives more from ethical precepts than from legal considerations. There is no intention for instance to do down an opponent or to make a buck at the expense of others. The aim is benign and it is not mercenary.
